Caution!

Directives has been given by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority for passengers with samsung Galaxy note 7 not to charge or turn on their devices on board aircrafts because of concerns raised by the manufacturers.

The General Manager, public Relations, Sam Adurogboye signed the statement given by the Aviation regulatory body.

Samsung had recalled over 2.5million Galaxy Note 7 devices due to overheating and explosions and has investigated and traced that the overheating is due to charging, so the company is limiting battery charging on Galaxy Note 7 devices to prevent inferno, It reminded travellers.

NCAA has asked people responsible for searching and screening of luggages to intensify their procedures so as to identify checked in Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
