Deflation has began on some food items in Kano thanks to new harvests, a bag of maize that was sold at N13,000 sold for 10,000 yesterday , while a bag of rice then sold for N19,000 from yesterday now goes for N17,500. And these recent developments in food price crash is hoped to be a continuous process as we approach year end!
