"He touched me and I found myself in his village.." Woman tells the court!

A couple who have been married for 16yrs recently separated in a customary court in lagos state, Adejoke is a food seller while her husband is a bricklayer.

While giving reasons for the need to be separated with her husband she said he always brings his lovers home and they spend weeks and sometimes months with them, and she has to sleep on the floor for the period they were around, Adejoke said she had reported to both families. He recently brought a woman home who stole my brassieres and panties, and when she discovered it she asked her husband to get them back from his lover but got back with a bra and pant that wasn't hers!

She told the court that when she was single and he approached her she was already engaged to another man which she told him but the next time he came to talk to her, he touched her and that was how she found herself in his village baring kids for him, and as an orphan no one really came for her, but she is regaining her senses..!

She also disclosed how she has been the one paying all the bills and taking care of all the responsibilities concerning the house and kids, and how he has asked her hair dresser for some strands of her hair.!

The husband in turn told the court that he has been paying the bills and how he gives her N500 everyday for feeding and agreed to the fact that she sometimes assists him just like every good wife will. He also denied approaching her hair dresser for her hair. All said he appealed to the court not to dissolve their Union because he still loves her

She impelled the court to terminate the union because she is scared of getting infected with an STD ( Sexually transmitted disease)

The court dissolved the union between Adejoke Omotoshon and Masiliu Omotoshon since Adejoke was determined despite the efforts from the family members and the court.
