For those of us asking, EFCC have answered..!

Here is an answer from the economic and financial crimes commission for those asking what the money they have been recovering from people are being used for. It agreed to recovering foreign currencies and billions of naira but said it can't be used by the government to revive our economy until they get done with court cases.
