8 students abducted by a bus driver.

Akorede ogunjobi a commercial bus driver and his conductor Kazeem Aderele were arrested for alleged abduction of 8 Oyes faithful college students in Ifo, Ogun state.

Reports have it that after school hours 10 students joined the bus at techno bus stop, according to punch metro 2 of the students alighted first while the driver was speeding towards the express way, with the conductor restricting the rest of them from getting down.

Isaac Durowoju a Lawyer, while narrating the failed kidnap told the daily that: After two of the students alighted the bus at iya Abiodun bus stop, some of the pupils noticed that the driver took to fast lane and started speeding off.

The boys said when they told the driver  and conductor where they were they would be alighting, they laughed  at them, then the two boys jumped off at different intervals, and the driver refused to stop. That aroused the curiosity of a motorist who blocked him 3 bus stops from where he should have stopped.

Two unidentified men fled the scene while the driver and conductor were nabbed. The case was reported by the school's proprietress at about 5:30pm yesterday says the ogun state police command spokesperson and added that the case has been forwarded to the  SCID, Elewaren on orders of the CP, the suspects will be arraigned in court after all investigations.
