Soldier caught and beaten for stealing!

A mob pounced on a young soldier who allegedly stole an iPhone from a lady at Robson G Plaza in warri, Delta state.

The angry mob who nabbed him beat him to a pulp.. it took an intervention of some police men who were on guard in the plaza to rescue him from the hands of the hands of the angry mob.

He was taken to the residence of a former chief of staff, Maj. Gen. David Ejoor to confirm if he was truly a nigerian army personnel . The mob were dispersed by the army on guard at the General's house and refused handing over the unidentified soldier to the police officers from the Nigerian police force B division warri.

He was later taken away to the Nigerian army barrack, 3 battalion , Effurun  Uvwei local government area.

The army is yet to confirm if the unidentified person is truly an army personnel or not
