President Tinubu authorizes N12 billion in unpaid bills for the Super Eagles and other parties.

The Federal Government's unpaid debt to the Super Eagles and other national sports teams has been approved for payment by President Bola Tinubu. 

According to a statement made public on Sunday, January 7 on Tinubu's  X handle, the payment includes paying promises and allowances owed to the senior national teams, women, and Under-20 national team, as well as clearing the senior national team coaches' salaries for a maximum of 15 months.
