Alleged Terrorist Informant Apprehended In Kaduna.
Vigilantes at Kachia LGA in Kaduna State apprehended Dan Abba, a suspected bandit informant, at the Bishini village market while in possession of a pilfered cow.
Ahmadu Sajo, a resident of the nearby village of Azzara in Bishini, stated that the event occurred last Thursday when the suspect brought a stolen cow to sell at the market.
According to Sajo, the suspect was one of the bandits' spies who might have provided information to the bandits who had recently kidnapped herders and rustled their cows in the Kagarko town areas of Gidan-Makeri, Haying-Dam, and Kuchimi.
Up until last Thursday, when misfortune befell him and he was apprehended in the village market with a stolen cow, he claimed, the suspect was among other fugitives who had been declared wanted by the local military.
The resident claimed that the vigilantes were tracking down the location where some of the stolen cows were being held, and he also indicated that the suspect had been turned over to the police with the stolen cow.
In his words, “The vigilantes suspected that the cow the suspect brought to the market might be among those cows that were stolen two weeks ago at a village in Kagarko LGA.”
