Nasarawa State University Student Killed in Foiled Robbery Attempt.

Mustapha Osama, a 300-level student at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), was allegedly slain in an unsuccessful robbery attempt in the Nasarawa State local government area of Akwanga.

Sources claim that the incident happened on Friday night at approximately 8:00 PM along the Gudi-Akwanga route. Osama was shot by one of the gunmen's bullets, according to reports, and was buried in Doma on Saturday morning in accordance with Islamic customs.

A family member revealed that the deceased was hit by a bullet while driving a vehicle.

The state's Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel, stated that the robbery attempt was foiled by Nigeria Police agents who promptly responded to a distress call.
