HCSF Encourages Federal Workers to Uphold Accountability in the New Year

Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, the Head of the Federal Service of the Federation (HCSF), has emphasized the importance of better service delivery and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency among federal servants in the new year.


In her goodwill message to Nigerian employees marking the New Year, Walson-Jack expressed appreciation for their dedication and professionalism during her five months in office. She commended the employees for their contributions to advancing the Civil Service's objectives and supporting national growth.

“Together, we have made strides in improving service delivery, and we are fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency,” Walson-Jack stated.

She called on civil servants to renew their commitment to building a service that is efficient, productive, incorruptible, and centered on citizens' needs.

According to Walson-Jack, collaborative efforts and the pursuit of growth opportunities can help create a Civil Service that drives faster national development.
