Yobe State Completes Hajj Seat Sales, Remits Over ₦5 Billion to NAHCON
The Yobe State Pilgrims Commission has successfully completed the sale of Hajj seats for the 2025 pilgrimage, ensuring a smooth and well-organized spiritual journey for intending pilgrims from the state.
As part of its commitment to a seamless experience, the commission has remitted over ₦5 billion to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) on behalf of Yobe pilgrims.
At a meeting with Hajj stakeholders and local government fare collectors, Alhaji Mai Aliyu, Executive Chairman of the Commission, reaffirmed the agency’s dedication to the safety, welfare, and overall experience of pilgrims throughout the sacred journey.
He urged local government fare collectors and stakeholders to maintain collaboration and stay informed on further pilgrimage arrangements.
